Silverlake Automotive Recycling achieves ISO Quadruple Certification, reinforcing industry leadership

The latest certification, ISO 45001, was pursued by Silverlake to formally validate and enhance its long-established health and safety management systems.  It marks a strategic investment to ensure the continued safety of its employees and stakeholders in a dynamic industry that is rapidly evolving due to technological, environmental, and regulatory shifts.

“Achieving ISO 45001 alongside our existing certifications reflects our ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards across every aspect of the business,” said Tom Harvey, Head of Organisation Development at Silverlake Automotive Recycling. “This milestone not only reinforces the robustness of our operations, but also sets a benchmark for professional standards within the UK’s automotive recycling sector.”

Silverlake’s quadruple ISO certification underscores the company’s dedication to quality, sustainability, information security, and now health and safety, core pillars of its operations.  It also signals to customers, partners, and the wider industry that Silverlake continues to lead by example in professional, responsible and forward-thinking automotive recycling.

As the sector adapts to increasingly complex vehicles, circular economy initiatives, and environmental obligations, Silverlake’s commitment to internationally recognised standards positions the business at the forefront of best practice.
